This Outland Leatherworking leveling guide will show you the fastest way how to level your Outland Leatherworking skill up from 1 to 75 as inexpensively as possible.
Often the materials are based on a case that you will gain one skill point for each craft. This won't happen, so you will have to buy a few extra materials while you are leveling your Outland Leatherworking.
Approximate Materials Required
- 1340 x Knothide Leather
- 32 x Thick Clefthoof Leather
- 32 x Fel Hide
The guide uses a lot of yellow and green recipes, so it's very hard to tell how many Leathers you will need in total.

Knothide Leather if you farmed leathers. (use the spell in your profession book, don't right-click them)

The recipe will be yellow, so you might have to make a few more.

Heavy Knothide Leather - 1230 Knothide Leather
If one Heavy Knothide Leather is cheaper than 5 Knothide Leather, then stop making them when you reach 35 and buy them from the Auction House instead.

The recipe will be yellow, so you might have to make more.
You can buy 
Rune Thread from the Leatherworking supply vendor near your trainer.
You can switch to

This one is green for the last 5 points, so you will probably have to make more.

The recipe is sold by Almaador. Requires The Sha'tar Honored
The recipe is yellow, so you might have to make more. It's very hard to tell how many you will need, it will depend on your luck.
Honored reputation with The Sha'tar:
A full normal Botanica run, pulling everything in the dungeon until the end boss, gives around 2100 Sha'tar Reputation (You can start with one Heroic run to gain more reputation). One run takes around 4 minutes, and you will need to clear it around 5 times to reach Honored, so you can get to Honored in 20 minutes.
70 - 75
You can actually just keep making the previous recipe if you don't want to farm Keepers of Time reputation but the previous recipe will be green, so you will have to make a lot.

Drums of Panic - 48 Heavy Knothide Leather, 32 Fel Hide
The recipe is green for the last 3 points, so you will probably have to make a lot more! The most I had to craft was 15, and the fewest was 7. It's very hard to tell how many you will need, it will depend on your luck.
The recipe is sold by Alurmi, she is INSIDE Caverns of Time. Requires honored reputation with the Keepers of Time faction.
Honored reputation with Keepers of Time:
Clear Heroic Escape from Durnholde and Heroic Black Morass once, then clear Normal Black Morass 4 times and you will get Keepers of Time honored. This can be done in about 40 minutes.
