Skinning guide updated, WotLK Alchemy Changes

I updated the Skinning Guide on the site with detailed maps, the maps tell you where to level your Skinning Profession for both Horde and Alliance. It took me a lot of time to put this guide together, I hope you will enjoy it!

Since I don't have any Alliance character, I unlearned my Skinning with my rogue and leveled it up again but at the Alliance zones, belive me it was a pain to go back to Horde cities to visit my trainer over and over again.

Skinning Leveling Guide 1-375

This guide does not cover the places where you can farm the most leathers, but I will finish that guide soon also along with the Disenchanting guide. I have a lot more other things in progress.

Alchemy profession changes in WotLK

  • [Potion Sickness] - Unable to consume potions until you rest out of combat for a short duration.

So you will be able to drink one potion per Boss fight. This change will allow Blizzard to design the fights that way you won't have to drink 3-5 potions per fight. It helps raiders so they won't spend that much money on Potions anymore. However this change hurts Alchemists, currently I make a lot of gold by selling potions.

  • [Alchemical Blood] - You receive an increased effect when you drink an elixir, potion, or flask that you can make.

Alchemical blood is a new passive bonus gained by alchemists learned from a profession trainer at skill level 50, it increases the stat bonus of consuming an elixir between 20-25% varying slightly by bonus. This change don't affect Flasks or Potions yet.

    Examples:

Elixir of Major Agility: +40 agility +25 crit rating (instead of 35 agility and 20 crit rating)
Elixir of Major Fortitude: +300 health (instead of 250 health)

Update: Alchemical blood renamed to Mixology
