This Shadowlands Enchanting leveling guide will show you the fastest and easiest way how to level your Shadowlands Enchanting skill up from 1 to 115.

Enchanting goes well with Tailoring because you don't need a gathering profession to support either of these. If you level Tailoring and Enchanting together, then you can disenchant most items you craft. But you will spend a lot of gold on this profession if you want to buy everything from the Auction House. It depends on the realm economy but can cost up to tens of thousands of gold.
Shadowlands Enchanting Trainer Location
You can learn Shadowlands Enchanting from Imbuer Au'vresh in Oribos in the Hall of Shapes. (Coordinates: 48.4, 25.9)
Oribos is the new Shadowlands city hub for both factions. You will arrive there after you finish the Shadowlands intro quests, so you can learn the new profession recipes before you head out questing.

Enchanting Vellum
You should put the enchants on an 
Enchanting Vellum and sell them at the Auction House. Enchanting Vellum is sold by Distributor Au'resh near your trainer.
When making the enchants, you can choose the Vellum as the "Optional Target" in your profession window, so you don't have to click the vellum each time manually.
Where to get Runned Copper Rod
You will need a 
Runed Copper Rod to make Shadowlands enchants. You can find this recipe if you scroll down to the bottom of your enchanting crafting window, it will be under the Enchanting section inside the Rod subcategory.
1 x Runed Copper Rod - 1 x Copper Rod, 1 x Strange Dust, 1 x Lesser Magic Essence
You can buy 
Copper Rod from Distributor Au'resh near your trainer.
You can also buy 
Lesser Magic Essence and 
Strange Dust from him, but they are limited in supply, so you will have to wait if someone bought them before you. I recommend just going to the Auction House if you can't buy them from the vendor.
Racial Bonuses
Blood Elf characters have +10 Enchanting skill because of their passive 
Arcane Affinity, and Kul Tiran characters have +5 from the trait 
Jack of All Trades.
Any extra Enchanting skill means recipes stay orange for more points. You can save a lot of gold by doing lower level recipes for more points.
Leveling Shadowlands Enchanting
1 - 10
Disenchanting items give skill points up 25, so you will probably reach around 20 just by disenchanting the gear you got from leveling.
Make the recipe below if you did not reach 10, or if you just picked up enchanting and have nothing to disenchant.
10 x 
Shadowlands Gathering - 30 Soul Dust
10 - 21
11 x Illuminated Soul - 33 Soul Dust
You can also make Strength of Soul or Agile Soulwalker.
21 - 31
5 x Celestial Guidance - 10 Sacred Shard, 25 Soul Dust
31 - 41
10 x Sacred Stats - 40 Soul Dust
41 - 45
5 x Bargain of Critical Strike - 5 Sacred Shard, 10 Soul Dust
You could also make 
Novice Crafter's Mark if you don't have that many Shards, but this item is pretty useless for enchanting, I wouldn't recommend making it.
45 - 50
5 x Bargain of Haste - 5 Sacred Shard, 10 Soul Dust
You can also make 
Crafter's Mark I.
50 - 55
5 x Bargain of Mastery - 5 Sacred Shard, 10 Soul Dust
55 - 70
20 x Soul Vitality - 80 Soul Dust
This recipe will be yellow for the last 5 points, so you might have to make a few more.
Enchanting World Quests in Shadowlands
An Enchanting World quest will pop up every few days in one of the Shadowlands zones. Just look for a little Enchanting icon on your world map. (requires level 60) They all give +1 Shadowlands Enchanting skill point.
So, if you don't want to rush to 115, you can save some gold by completing these quests every few days.
70 - 75
5 x Eternal Bulwark - 5 Eternal Crystal, 10 Sacred Shard
This recipe will be yellow, so you might have to make a few more. You can also make Eternal Insight.
75 - 80
5 x Eternal Agility - 5 Eternal Crystal, 10 Sacred Shard
You can also make Eternal Intellect or Eternal Strength.
80 - 95
18 x Tenet of Critical Strike - 54 Sacred Shard
You can also make any of the other 3 "Tenet of...." ring enchants. It's best to just mix it up and make a few from each, it's easier to sell at the Auction House.
This recipe will be yellow for the last 5 points, so you might have to make a few more.
95 - 100
5 x Eternal Skirmish - 5 Eternal Crystal, 10 Sacred Shard
You can also make Eternal Bounds, or Eternal Stats.
100 - 110
5 x Eternal Grace - 10 Eternal Crystal, 15 Sacred Shard
You can also make Lightless Force.
110 - 115
8 x Eternal Bounds - 8 Eternal Crystal, 16 Sacred Shard
You can also make the other two "Eternal ..." enchants.
