Khara Deepwater - Fishing Supplies

Khara Deepwater is an Alliance Fishing supplies vendor located in The Loch in Loch Modan.

She is at the dwarf house built into the hill, next to the boat dock at the lake. She moves around, so sometimes she is inside the house and sometimes outside on the porch.
