Currently, I only offer monthly subscriptions as that's what the system supports. You can subscribe for a month and then cancel anytime if you only wish to contribute once.

Yes, 100%. All payments are processed by Stripe, a world leader in online payment security. Your card details are never sent to, or stored on, this website.

Since the access is per-browser, just request a new one for each device. Use the “Already a Supporter?” form above and enter your email. A fresh activation link will be sent for that browser.
Your ad-free access will be lost if you delete cookies, use incognito/private mode, or have strict privacy settings that block cookies. If this happens, you can get a new activation link from the "Already a Supporter?" form above.
This approach is simpler and enhances privacy. There are no passwords to remember and no complex accounts to manage. I don't run my own servers; the site is built on a modern, secure cloud platform, and your payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe.
