Namdo Bizzfizzle is an Alliance Engineering supplies vendor located in Dun Morogh.
He is inside Gnomeregan, but not inside the dungeon. Take the lift down and follow the path to the top of the ramp. There, go straight into the big room, not left towards the dungeon. He stands behind the platform in the middle of the room. (see the marked picture below)
