Nat Pagle is a neutral quest giver for Artisan Fishing located in Tidefury Cove in Dustwallow Marsh.
He stands on a small island in Tidefury Cove, south-west of Theramore. Swim over from the shore. To get back on land, swim to 53, 64 or 55, 50.
He gives the quest Nat Pagle, Angler Extreme, the only way to train Fishing past 225 (level 35 and Fishing 225). He also teaches Fishing up to 150. The four fish you need are in the Classic Fishing guide.
