Carolai Anise is a Horde Alchemy trainer located in Brill in Tirisfal Glades.
She is inside the small house at the north-west end of Brill. It's the first house that you see in Brill when you arrive from the Undead starting zone, Deathknell.
You can learn Alchemy here and train up to skill 75. Past 75 go to Yelmak in Orgrimmar or Bena Winterhoof in Thunder Bluff.
