Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen is an Alliance First Aid trainer located in Dustwallow Marsh.
He is inside the main keep on Theramore Isle, the one with the guards training outside, not the giant tower. Inside turn right, then left, he is in the corner room.
You can learn First Aid here and train up to skill 150. Past 150 you need the book Expert First Aid - Under Wraps, sold by Deneb Walker in Stromgarde Keep, Arathi Highlands.
