Hgarth is a Horde Enchanting trainer located in Sun Rock Retreat in Stonetalon Mountains.
He is a bit hard to find, because he is on a cliff above the town. A narrow and steep path leads up to him, east-northeast of the largest tent. The marked picture below shows where the path starts.
Hgarth trains Enchanting from skill 125 to 225. Below 125 go to Godan in Orgrimmar or Teg Dawnstrider in Thunder Bluff.
