McGavan

McGavan is located in Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale.

He is behind all the shops, in the same house as Brikk Keencraft. Go up to the cave where you leave Booty Bay, but instead, go to the right on the trail and he is inside the house at the end. (see the marked picture below)
