Nurse Neela is a Horde First Aid trainer located in Gallows' End Tavern in Tirisfal Glades.
She is the first NPC you see as you enter the inn in Brill.
You can learn First Aid here and train up to skill 150. Past 150 you need the book Expert First Aid - Under Wraps, sold by Balai Lok'Wein in Brackenwall Village, Dustwallow Marsh.
