Zan Shivsproket is a neutral Engineering vendor located in Ravenholdt Manor in Alterac Mountains.
He is in the basement of Ravenholdt Manor, the castle in the mountains north-east of Tarren Mill. The path starts east of Tarren Mill, at the foot of the mountains (the blue pin on the map). It is a dirt path that is hard to see. Follow it up the mountain and go through the cave, then walk on to the castle. Inside, take the stairs down to the basement.
