Zixil is a neutral merchant located in Hillsbrad Foothills.
He walks the road between Southshore and Tarren Mill, the dashed line on the map is his path. He stops to rest at a few places on the way. Halfway there are the ruins of an old outpost that looks like a small castle. He goes inside and sits there for a while, so look inside the ruins if you do not see him on the road.
