Patch 11.2 adds new recipes to Alchemy, Inscription, Tailoring, and Enchanting, plus new gathering materials from K’aresh. While it's not a full rework, there are some important changes worth knowing if you craft or gather. This page covers everything that’s changing in professions for Season 3.
New Ores and Herbs in K’aresh
You can now gather new local materials in K’aresh. These new materials are not used in any recipes directly, but you they can be exchanged for regular Khaz Algar herbs and ores.
An introductory questline will start when you gather your first K’areshi herb or ore. You need to complete the first few story quests up to 
Moving the Pawns before the vendors become available and you can turn these in.

The exchange rates seem to change and can be anywhere between 1 and 5. I'm still trying to see if there is a consistent pattern.
Alchemy – Healing and Vanish Potions
Invigorating Healing Potion - Restores significantly more health than the previous Algari Healing Potion. This will be the new best healing option for raids and Mythic+ content.
Umbral Essentia - A new vanish-style potion with a 5-minute cooldown. Lets you slip into darkness, reducing your chance to be detected for 20 sec to 1 min depending on potion quality. Ends on movement. This potion is designed to provide Shadowmeld-like utility for non-Night Elf races in high-end content.
Unlocking: Both potions require Renown 5 with the new The K'aresh Trust faction. They are sold by Om'sirik.

Tailors can now craft Pure Fiber gems that slot into the new artifact back piece
