Caryssia Moonhunter is an Alliance Tribal Leatherworking trainer located in Thalanaar in Feralas. She only teaches the Tribal Leatherworking recipes, you need the Tribal Leatherworking specialization first. My Leatherworking Specializations guide shows how to get it.
She is at Thalanaar, the small Alliance camp on the eastern edge of Feralas at the Thousand Needles border.
