This Outland Tailoring leveling guide will show you the fastest way how to level your Outland Tailoring skill up from 1 to 75 as inexpensively as possible.
Often the materials are based on a case that you will gain one skill point for each craft. This won't happen, so you will have to buy a few extra materials while you are leveling your Outland Tailoring.
Outland Tailoring Trainer
You can learn Outland Tailoring from the bookcases behind Loremaster Skosiris in Shattrath City. Click on the Tailoring bookcase behind him to learn Outland Tailoring.
If you choose the Aldor faction during one of the Outland quests, then you can't interact with these books, you have to visit Weaver Aoa in Shattrath City
Players leveling in Hellfire Peninsula can also learn it from 
Dalinna at Thrallmar or from 
Hama at Honor Hold.
Bandage Recipes
The recipes used in this guide are not taught by the tailoring trainers, you have to find a different trainer who will teach you the bandage recipes.
Click on the "Bandage Recipes" bookcase behind Loremaster Skosiris and learn 
Netherweave Bandage. You have to learn it from Mildred Fletcher if you can't interact with the books. (She's inside the building at the pin (66.6,13.4), upstairs to the right.)
Players leveling in Hellfire Peninsula can also learn it from Aresella at Falcon Watch or from Burko at the Temple of Telhamat.

40 - 75
- 100 x
Heavy Netherweave Bandage - 200 Netherweave Cloth
This recipe will be green for the last points, so you might need to make more or fewer, it depends on your luck.
