Pandaria Enchanting 1 - 75
Go to Pandaria and find Lai the Spellpaw in The Jade Forest at Dawn's Blossom, then learn Pandaria Enchanting. (She is in the western tower in Dawn's Blossom, go up to the top of the mountain next to the inn. At the top, there is the tallest tower in the town. This trainer is inside the base of the tower)
Blood Elf characters have +10 Enchanting skill because of their passive 
[Arcane Affinity]. An extra 10 Enchanting skill means recipes stay orange for 10 more points, so you can save a lot of gold by doing lower level recipes for 10 more points.
You can put enchants on an 
[Enchanting Vellum] if can't put it on your own armor because it's too high level. Enchanting Vellum is sold by General Goods vendors or Enchanting Supply vendors near your trainer.

44 x [Enchant Chest - Mighty Versatility] - 176 Spirit Dust
The recipe will be yellow, so you might have to make more.
40 - 55
16 x [Enchant Boots - Greater Haste] - 32 Spirit Dust, 16 Mysterious essence
The recipe will be yellow, so you might have to make more.
55 - 75
20 x [Enchant Gloves - Superior Mastery] - 60 Mysterious essence
Make [Greater Protection] if you can get cheap 
[Ethereal Shard].
