Pandaria Inscription Trainer
You can learn Pandaria Inscription from Lorewalker Huynh in Vale of eternal Blossoms. She is directly above the Mogu'shan Palace instance entrance, you can only get to her by flying there. If you don't have flying mount yet, talk to Mishi, he will fly you to the top of Mogu'shan Palace. He is located on the bottom floor of Shrine of the Two Moons/Shrine of the Seven Stars.

Nightborne characters have +15 Inscription skill because of their passive 
Ancient History. An extra 15 Inscription skill means recipes stay orange for 15 more points. You can save a lot of gold by doing lower level recipes for 15 more points.

Simply milling the 500 Pandaren herbs should get you to 25, so making these recipes below won't give you skill points, but you will need these inks later to level up inscription.
