The Azure Span
The best mobs to farm Tattered Wildercloth are the Brinetooth mobs in the Azura Span. They are all hyperspawning and they are really close to each other, so you can often pull 7-8 together.
This spot is right next to the Brinetooth farming place. The Dragonkin mobs around the Tower of Ishkdormi are all hyperspawning. Sometimes they spawn a bit far away from each other, but you can usually pull 5-6 together.
