This Northrend Alchemy leveling guide will show you the fastest way how to level your Northrend Alchemy skill up from 1 to 75 as inexpensively as possible.
Often the materials are based on a case that you will gain one skill point for each craft. This won't happen, so you will have to buy a few extra materials while you are leveling your Northrend Alchemy.

Northrend Alchemy leveling
Go to Northrend and find Linzy Blackbolt at Dalaran (Northrend), then learn Northrend Alchemy. (The same NPC exists at Legion Dalaran, but she won't teach you Northrend recipes)
Goblin characters have +15 Alchemy skill because of their passive 
Better Living Through Chemistry. An extra 15 Alchemy skill means recipes stay orange for 15 more points. You can save a lot of gold by doing lower level recipes for 15 more points.

Runic Mana Potion - 60 Lichbloom, 30 Goldclover
This recipe turns green at 47, so you might need to make more than 30.
You can switch to 
Transmute: Titanium at around 47 if you can find cheap Saronite Bars at the Auction House.

Make 5 from one of these:

Make 15 from one of the Flask Recipes.

Flask of Stoneblood - 105 x Lichbloom, 45 x Crystallized Life, 15 x Frost Lotus
You can keep making Transmute: Skyflare Diamond up to 65 if you can find cheap Bloodstone and Chalcedony.
