Sholazar Basin
Killing Hardknuckle Foragers and Hardknuckle Chargers near Frenzyheart Hill in Sholazar Basin is one of the best places to farm Borean Leather.
The Storm Peaks
Infesting Jormungars and Cavedweller Worgs inside Gimorak's Den have a pretty fast respawn rate. You will never run out of mobs, but you must go deep inside the cave until the mobs at the entrance start respawning.
Note: These mobs will also fight each other. Try to nuke them fast because if they do too much damage to each other, you won't be able to skin/loot the corpse.
Zul'Drak
You will find a lot of Gundrak Raptors and Zul'Drak Bats in Zul'Drak near the Gundrak instance. These raptors are a bit spread apart, but they often drop 2-3 Borean Leather instead of 1
Trapdoor Crawlers and Zul'Drak Bats around the Altar of Sserratis is also great farming place. The only annoying thing about this place is that the spiders will often go underground and you have to walk close to them to aggro them.
