Zul'Drak
Zul'Drak is the best place for farming Talandra's Rose.
You can use this alternative route below if you have a lot of other players farming in Zul'Drak.
Dragonblight
You can also get some Talandra's Rose from the Frozen Herbs in Dragonblight, but it's a lot less effective. Frozen Herbs have a chance to drop Talandra's Rose, Goldclover, or Tiger Lily, but they give Goldclover very dominantly over the others. You also can't get Crystallized Life from them.
