This Crystallized Water farming guide will show you where I farm Crystallized Water in Wrath of the Lich King Classic. Eternal Water comes from combining 10 Crystallized Water, so if you need Eternal Water, you have to farm Crystallized Water.

The Storm Peaks
Farming Icebound Revenants inside The Frigid Tomb cave in Strom Peaks is one of the best sources of Crystallized Water.
Zul'Drak
Crazed Water Spirits are also a good source of Crystallized Water, but they are a bit spread apart.
These mobs are immune to frost damage.
Borean Tundra
Boiling Spirits have a lower drop rate than the mobs in Storm Peaks and Zul'Drak, but the respawn rate is fast, so you can never run out of mobs. They are also low levels mobs, so you can kill them much faster. This farming place is really good for DoT classes which can pull a bunch of them together.
These mobs are immune to frost damage.
Dragonblight
Ice Revenants in Dragonblight are also a decent source of Crystallized Water. The respawn rate is quick, so you will never run out of them.
