Drops from mobs
These recipes are dropped by various mobs around Outland. The drop rate is really low for most of these, so you will have to kill a lot of mobs to get these. All of them are Bind on Pickup.

Drops in Dungeons
These recipes drop in both Heroic and Normal mode. But they only drop if you have someone with Blacksmithing in the group, so Wowhead shows a lot lower drop rate. The actual drop rate for Blacksmiths who can see the plans, is much higher than the listed drop rates.
