Expert Cooking (150-225)
You need the Expert Cooking book to go past skill 150. No trainer teaches Expert Cooking. You learn it from the book
Expert Cookbook, it requires Cooking 125 and costs 1 gold.
The book is sold by Shandrina in Ashenvale and Wulan in Desolace.
Artisan Cooking (225-300)
This part is not tested yet. The quest needs level 35, which is above the beta level cap, so it can still change when Forever is live.
You need Artisan Cooking to go past skill 225. Artisan Cooking is the reward of the
Clamlette Surprise quest from Dirge Quikcleave in Gadgetzan, Tanaris. You need level 35 and Cooking 225 for it. My Cooking leveling guide shows the whole quest.
