Apprentice Engineering Trainers (1-75)
Apprentice Engineering has no level requirement in WoW Forever, so you can learn it on a fresh character.

Undercity

Durotar
Mukdrak is located in Razor Hill in Durotar.

Mulgore
Twizwick Sprocketgrind is located in Mulgore.
He is on a high plateau only accessible through the Venture Co. Mine. The cave is full of level 8-9 mobs, so it's hard to reach him with a low-level character. Enter the cave, keep left, turn right over the first bridge, then left over the second bridge. There'll be an area with a few tents and goblins. Past this there are some trees, and around there is Twizwick.
There is no anvil near him and nobody here sells the Blacksmith Hammer, so you can't make much more than Rough Blasting Powder. It's probably best to learn Engineering from Thund in Orgrimmar instead.
