Expert Fishing (150-225)
You need the Expert Fishing book to go past skill 150. No trainer teaches Expert Fishing. You learn it from the book
Expert Fishing - The Bass and You, it requires Fishing 125 and level 20 and costs 1 gold.
The book is sold by Old Man Heming in Stranglethorn Vale.
Artisan Fishing (225-300)
This part is not tested yet. The quest needs level 35, which is above the beta level cap, so it can still change when Forever is live.
To train Fishing past 225, you must complete the quest
Nat Pagle, Angler Extreme from Nat Pagle in Dustwallow Marsh. It requires level 35 and Fishing 225. My Fishing leveling guide shows the whole quest.
