Apprentice Tailoring has no level requirement in WoW Forever, so you can learn it on a fresh character.

He is in Magar's Cloth Goods in the Drag.
Thunder Bluff
Vhan is located in Thunder Bluff.
He is in the Thunder Bluff Armorers building on the middle rise.
Undercity
Victor Ward is located in Magic Quarter in Undercity.
The Barrens
Kil'hala is located in The Crossroads in The Barrens.
He is in the Crossroads, inside a tent on the left as you leave through the south gate towards Camp Taurajo.
Tirisfal Glades
Bowen Brisboise is located in Cold Hearth Manor in Tirisfal Glades.
He is inside the small house at Cold Hearth Manor, south-west of Brill, just on the other side of the bridge.
Zephras Isle
Othesia Evengale is located in Valanaar in Zephras Isle.
Taleen Shimmerthread is located in Shen'dar Village in Zephras Isle.
Darnassus
Trianna is located in Craftsmen's Terrace in Darnassus.
Ironforge
Uthrar Threx is located in The Great Forge in Ironforge.
He is inside the Stonebrow's Clothier store, on the north side of the Great Forge.
Stormwind City
Lawrence Schneider is located in Mage Quarter in Stormwind City.
He is inside the "Duncan's Textiles" shop in the Mage Quarter, the shop with the thread sign. (see the marked picture below)

Grondal Moonbreeze is located in Auberdine in Darkshore.
He is in Auberdine, in the building north of the inn, to the right once inside.
Elwynn Forest
Eldrin is located in Eastvale Logging Camp in Elwynn Forest.
He is in a house at the Eastvale Logging Camp. Sara Timberlain stands in front of the house entrance.

Jormund Stonebrow is located in The Great Forge in Ironforge.
He is inside the Stonebrow's Clothier store, on the north side of the Great Forge. Look to your left when you enter the building, he is standing in the corner.
Stormwind City
Sellandus is located in Mage Quarter in Stormwind City.
He is in the Mage Quarter, in a different building than the other two tailoring trainers, on the other side. (see the marked picture below)

You need Expert Tailoring to go past skill 150. It requires Tailoring 125 and level 20.

You need Artisan Tailoring to go past skill 225. It requires Tailoring 200 and level 35.
Daryl Stack is located in Tarren Mill in Hillsbrad Foothills.
He is in the church directly to the east of the inn in Tarren Mill.
Timothy Worthington is located in Theramore Isle in Dustwallow Marsh.
He is upstairs in a small building on Theramore Isle, the first on the left after getting off the boat or arriving with the flight master. (see the marked picture below)
