Expert First Aid (150-225)
You need the Expert First Aid book to go past skill 150. No trainer teaches Expert First Aid. You learn it from the book
Expert First Aid - Under Wraps, it requires First Aid 125 and costs 1 gold.
The book is sold by Deneb Walker in Arathi Highlands and Balai Lok'Wein in Dustwallow Marsh.
Artisan First Aid (225-300)
This part is not tested yet. The quest needs level 35, which is above the beta level cap, so it can still change when Forever is live.
You can train First Aid past 225 by completing the Triage quest. It requires First Aid 225 and level 35. The quest is given by Doctor Gregory Victor in Arathi Highlands and Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen in Dustwallow Marsh. After the quest they teach you the bandages past 225. My First Aid leveling guide shows how to do the quest.
