Where to Find a Tanning Rack
There is no Tanning Rack in the towns, you can only use one at a camp. A leatherworker places it next to a campfire, and anyone at the camp can use it. Find a camp that has one, or get your own.
How to Get Your Own
- Get Leatherworking to 140.
- Get a
Blueprint: Tanning Rack and learn it. It drops from Razorclaw the Butcher in Shadowfang Keep, and you can also look for it on the Auction House. - Craft the
Tanning Rack from 5
Medium Leather, 3
Fine Thread and 2
Simple Wood. - Put down a campfire (see How to Make a Campfire) and use the Tanning Rack from your bags next to it.
